By accessing or using Dugout Radar ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Dugout Radar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball or any MLB team.

What Dugout Radar Provides

Dugout Radar delivers weather forecasts, rain delay probability estimates, tarp watch countdowns, and related information for MLB games. The App is designed to help baseball fans stay informed about weather conditions — nothing more.

Weather Predictions — Accuracy Disclaimer
All predictions are estimates. They may be wrong. Read this section before using the App.

Rain delay probabilities, tarp watch timers, "Should I Go?" recommendations, and all other weather-related forecasts are generated by blending data from multiple third-party weather services and applying statistical analysis of historical patterns. They are not guarantees of any kind. Weather is inherently unpredictable, conditions can change rapidly, and our predictions will sometimes be incorrect.

By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:

Predictions are estimates onlyAll forecasts and scores are informational and for entertainment purposes. No prediction constitutes a guarantee of actual weather or game conditions.
Not a replacement for other weather sourcesDugout Radar is a game-specific tool, not a general weather service. Always consult a dedicated weather app, the National Weather Service, or other reliable forecast sources before making any weather-sensitive plans.
All decisions are yours aloneDecisions to attend or not attend a game, purchase or sell tickets, arrange travel, plan tailgates, or take any other action related to an MLB game are made entirely at your own risk and discretion.
Financial losses are your responsibilityDugout Radar is not liable for ticket costs, travel expenses, hotel bookings, parking fees, or any other financial loss arising from a decision made based on App predictions, regardless of whether the prediction proved inaccurate.
Not for gambling or bettingPredictions must not be used for sports betting, fantasy sports wagering, or any other gambling activity. We do not support such use. Any use of the App for gambling purposes is entirely at the user's own risk and beyond the scope of what this App is designed for.

In plain terms: Dugout Radar focuses on rain delay probability for MLB games — it is not a substitute for a full weather forecast. Always check a dedicated weather source before making plans. If you buy tickets because the App said a game would be fine, then it rains and the game is delayed or cancelled, that is not our fault and we are not responsible for any costs you incurred.

Service Availability

Dugout Radar relies on multiple third-party weather data providers, the MLB Stats API, and payment services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, real-time accuracy, or error-free delivery of any feature.

Do not rely on push notifications as your sole source of weather alerts. Notifications may be delayed, suppressed, or undelivered due to your device, browser, operating system, or network conditions — all of which are outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

Premium Subscription

Season Pass is available for $9.99 per season with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Trial periodBegins immediately upon activation. If not cancelled before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged. To cancel before being charged, go to Settings → Manage Subscription in the app, or email dugoutradarapp@gmail.com.
RenewalYour Season Pass will automatically renew each season and will continue until you cancel. To cancel, go to Settings → Manage Subscription in the app, or email dugoutradarapp@gmail.com.
Renewal reminderWe will send you a reminder email approximately 30 days before your subscription renews, disclosing the renewal date, the price, and how to cancel before you are charged.
RefundsHandled at our discretion. Where required by applicable law, we will provide a prorated refund for the current term. Contact dugoutradarapp@gmail.com if you believe you were charged in error.
Access restorationSubscription access is tied to your browser/device. If you reinstall or switch devices, use the restore option with your email address.
Pricing changesWe reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the App or its APIs; attempt to circumvent rate limiting, access controls, or subscription restrictions; use the App in any way that damages or overloads our systems; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and prediction methodology within Dugout Radar are the property of Dugout Radar and its developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Game schedules and team data are sourced from publicly available MLB data. MLB team names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Dugout Radar makes no claim to these marks.

Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. We do not warrant that predictions will be correct or that the App will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dugout Radar and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to ticket costs, travel expenses, hotel fees, lost wages, or missed game experiences — arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes arising from use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Virginia.

Changes to These Terms

For general updates to these Terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes to subscription pricing or billing terms, we will notify active subscribers directly via email before the change takes effect. We will obtain your affirmative consent before applying new charges under changed terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect at no additional cost.
